There was a 1-hour service interruption with the LiveChat integration. The issue has been identified at 3:00 PM GMT as an outage of one of our sub-processors responsible for our CDNs, Akamai. As soon as we identified the issue, we contacted the LiveChat team that implemented a fix. The incident was resolved at 4:00 PM GMT. Other integrations were not affected.
