We encountered an issue with our bots at 7:30 am CET, which prevented them from answering customer questions using AI Knowledge. Both AI Assist and Training features were affected by this problem. After identifying the root cause of the issue, we promptly released a fix, which resolved the problem at 8:30 am CET.
